Arbor Lodging Management is hiring a Hotel Housekeeper/Room Attendant to clean and service guest rooms, ensuring a pleasant and comfortable guest experience. The role involves addressing guest inquiries politely and maintaining spotless rooms across assigned floors.

The position requires physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work independently or with a team. Previous hotel experience is preferred and a high school diploma is recommended.

Qualifications

• Secondary school diploma preferred.
• Previous hotel-related experience desired.
• Experience using industrial cleaning equipment and products a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare rooms for cleaning.
• Make beds.
• Dust rooms and furniture.
• Replenish guestroom and bathroom supplies.
• Clean the bathroom.
• Clean the closet.
• Vacuum and rack the carpet.
• Check and secure the rooms.
• Deliver and retrieve items on loan to guests (e.g. iron and ironing boards).
• Ensure public areas are cleaned and orderly.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
