Job summary

Windsor Hospitality is seeking a Room Attendant for the Embassy Suites by Hilton in Temecula, CA to maintain clean guest rooms, corridors and public areas while delivering a welcoming, friendly guest experience in Temecula's renowned wine country.

Qualifications

• Understand simple instructions.
• Learn simple procedures and techniques.
• Perform routine work or the same task repeatedly.
• Use hands to lift, carry or pull objects that may be heavy.
• Ability to scrub and scour surfaces, extending arms over head to perform cleaning tasks, and work in confined spaces.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms as assigned, including beds, bathrooms, dusting and vacuuming.
• Sort, count, fold, and carry linens.
• Move furniture, hang drapes, and adjust carpets.
• Clean rooms, halls, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, and other areas.
• Sweep, scrub, wax, and polish floors using standard equipment.
• Clean rugs and upholstery with a vacuum cleaner.
• Polish metal fixtures and fittings.
• Wash walls, windows, doors, sills, ceilings, and woodwork.
• Empty wastebaskets and clean ashtrays.
• Transport trash to disposal area.
• Replenish bathroom supplies, linens, towels, and guest amenities.
• Work with cleaning chemicals to achieve satisfactory results.
• Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally.
• Maintain uniform and wear name badge on property.
• Visually inspect rooms and sign completion.
• Support Windsor Hospitality core values and guest service philosophy.
• All other duties as assigned by a manager or supervisor.
