Qualifications

• Housekeeping experience in a hotel setting.
• Neat and pleasant demeanor.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Clear communication with guests and team.
• Able to read room numbers, dates and basic instructions.

Responsibilities

• Keep work cart orderly and stocked.
• Inspect and replace worn linens as needed.
• Utilize equipment, supplies and guest amenities properly.
• Ensure thorough cleaning and sanitation of guest bathrooms.
• Change linens daily and remake beds per standards.
• Clean rooms, balconies and furnishings thoroughly.
• Report hazards to Floor Supervisor and follow safety procedures.
• Follow lost and found procedures and protect guests' property.
• Be punctual and adhere to posted schedules.
• Maintain a courteous and helpful attitude toward guests and coworkers.
