Pyramid Global Hospitality, operating the Hilton University of Florida Conference Center, seeks a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our hotel’s housekeeping team. You will supervise room cleaning, train new staff, and ensure spaces meet high cleanliness standards while coordinating daily workflows with other departments.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience in a similar housekeeping role desirable.
• Engaging personality with customer service focus.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods.
• Clear communication and attentiveness to detail.
• Ability to read room numbers, dates, and basic instructions.
• Lift and move up to 25 lbs and handle cleaning equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping staff to maintain cleanliness standards.
• Train and onboard new employees in department procedures.
• Motivate staff to achieve quality targets.
• Coordinate daily workload and distribute tasks.
• Inspect guestrooms and public areas for quality and safety.
• Collaborate with Front Desk and Maintenance as needed.
• Document maintenance needs and inventory checks.
