Qualifications

• Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
• Skills in cleaning, floor care, industrial cleaning, or janitorial services are advantageous.
• Experience with hospitality operations or housekeeping management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies
• Perform floor care tasks such as mopping and carpet cleaning to maintain cleanliness and safety
• Ensure all public areas, hallways, and lobbies are tidy and well-maintained
• Handle laundry duties including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management
• Follow health and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, requesting replenishments as needed
• Adhere to hotel policies regarding guest privacy and confidentiality
