Job summary

Generation Hospitality Gilbert is seeking a dedicated Hotel Room Attendant / Housekeeper for the Springhill Suites Gilbert in Gilbert, AZ. You will maintain guest rooms and public areas to high cleanliness standards, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests.

Prior hotel housekeeping or custodial experience is preferred but not required, as training is provided. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work independently or with a team to uphold

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies.
• Perform floor care tasks such as mopping and carpet cleaning to maintain cleanliness and safety.
• Ensure all public areas, hallways, and lobbies are tidy and well-maintained.
• Handle laundry duties including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels.
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management.
• Follow health and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, requesting replenishments as needed.
• Adhere to hotel policies regarding guest privacy and confidentiality.
