Qualifications

• Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate.
• Experience with cleaning, floor care, industrial cleaning, or janitorial services is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and proper usage procedures is beneficial.

Responsibilities

The brand new Springhill Suites Gilbert, located in the SanTan Village area, is seeking a dedicated Hotel Room Attendant / Housekeeper to join our hospitality team in Gilbert AZ. This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, a passion for hospitality, and experience in cleaning and custodial services. Prior hotel or janitorial experience is preferred but not required, as training will be provided. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic, customer-focused setting within the hospitality industry.

Duties
