Job summary

The Hotel Housekeeper (Room Attendant) at Topbrassdallas is responsible for keeping guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces clean and welcoming. You will make beds, dust, vacuum, restock linens and toiletries, and ensure a comfortable stay for guests.

You report to the Executive Housekeeper, work in a fast-paced hotel environment, collaborate with team members, and follow safety protocols to maintain high cleanliness standards and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Basic understanding of cleaning supplies and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms including beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing linens and toiletries.
• Clean bathrooms and replenish toiletries.
• Restock supplies in guest rooms and public areas.
• Report maintenance issues and safety hazards to Housekeeping Manager.
• Follow hotel security protocols and protect guest privacy.
• Perform cleaning tasks in public areas such as lobbies and corridors.
• Respond to guest requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Adhere to hotel cleanliness standards and guest satisfaction metrics.
