Job summary

Topbrassdallas is seeking a House Person to maintain cleanliness in public hotel areas. The role supports housekeeping by delivering items, restocking supplies, and responding to guest requests with courtesy and efficiency.

Ideal candidates will have attention to detail, good communication, and the ability to work independently. This position emphasizes safety, PPE usage, and support for events and daily duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous housekeeping/janitorial experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Good communication and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain all public areas of the hotel, including hallways, lobbies, restrooms, and meeting spaces.
• Assist housekeeping staff by delivering and retrieving items such as linens and supplies.
• Respond to guest requests for extra supplies or amenities promptly and courteously.
• Empty trash and dispose of waste in designated areas.
• Restock supplies in public restrooms and other areas as needed.
• Report maintenance issues and safety hazards to the appropriate department.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper PPE usage.
• Provide support during hotel events and special projects as needed.
