Job summary

Tandem Hospitality Group is seeking a Room Attendant to maintain cleanliness of guest rooms and corridors in accordance with hotel procedures.

You will dust, clean, wax, scrub, polish and service guest rooms daily, stock carts with supplies, greet guests, replace linens, and ensure doors are closed and rooms secured after service. The role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to follow detailed instructions in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or related experience.
• Ability to read and recognize differences between words and numbers.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and solve simple problems.
• Excellent guest communication and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Clean, dust, wax, scrub, polish and service guest rooms daily.
• Stock cart with guest room supplies at beginning and end of shifts.
• Greet all guests.
• Replace linens on beds and replenish guest room supplies and amenities.
• Empty wastebaskets and maintain cleanliness of corridors and service areas.
• Report any damage, hazards, repairs, and strangers in assigned areas.
