Atrium Hospitality invites applications for a Full-Time Restaurant Supervisor at Rogers Embassy Suites in Rogers, AR. You will lead, train, and support a hotel restaurant team to deliver exceptional guest experiences from arrival to checkout.

Requirements include 2+ years in restaurant service with at least 1 year in supervision, food safety and alcohol awareness certifications, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and flexibility to work mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2+ years restaurant service experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Food safety and alcohol awareness certifications (or ability to earn within 60 days).
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for long periods.
• Must be of legal drinking age to oversee beverage service.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and schedule restaurant team members to deliver seamless service across every shift.
• Resolve guest concerns quickly and independently to ensure exceptional experiences from arrival to checkout.
• Ensure opening and closing side work is completed accurately and consistently.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards, keeping equipment and prep areas clean.
• Assist servers and restaurant staff to keep service smooth and efficient.
