Qualifications

• Effective communication with guests and staff at all levels.
• Multitask and prioritize duties to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide highest quality service to guests in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Receive and deliver guest orders and collect payment.
• Upsell food, beverage and promotional items to guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and stock levels at tables and serving areas.
• Operate the POS system and handle end-of-shift paperwork.
• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
