Job summary

Crowne Plaza Portland Downtown - Convention Center in Portland, OR is seeking a Bartender to join our team. The Bartender is responsible for set up, mixing drinks, guest service, and clean‑up of bar area according to company standards while ensuring overall guest satisfaction and profit maximization.

Full-time position with a variable schedule; availability on weekends and holidays required. Compensation is $16.80 per hour plus tips, with benefits including paid time off, insurance options,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year bartending experience; hospitality experience preferred.
• Knowledge of beer, wine and spirits and liquor laws.
• Basic math skills for recipes and payments.

Responsibilities

• Set up bar and prepare drink ingredients.
• Mix drinks according to recipes and standards.
• Provide guest service and upsell while ensuring satisfaction.
• Clean and maintain bar area.
