Certified Hospitality is seeking friendly individuals eager to provide excellent customer service as servers. The role involves interacting with guests to ensure a great dining experience, maintaining positive guest interactions, and being attentive to guest needs.

Responsibilities

1. Prepare tables, lay out napkins and utensils, refill condiments, and perform other prep tasks.
2. Stay updated on menu choices, specialties, and kitchen stock levels.
3. Handle table bookings, guide guests to their tables, present menus, suggest dishes, assist with drinks, and communicate customer needs to kitchen staff.
4. Maintain a proper dining experience by delivering items, fulfilling needs, offering desserts and drinks, and replenishing utensils and glasses.
5. Prepare mixed drinks and serve wine at tableside.
6. Manage revenues, issue receipts, accept payments, and give change.
7. Perform basic cleaning tasks as directed.
8. Assist with special events as needed.
9. Greet guests warmly and adhere to grooming standards.
