General Responsibilities

1. Interact with guests to ensure a great dining experience.
2. Provide positive guest interactions while serving efficiently and courteously.
3. Be attentive to guest needs, making them feel welcome, comfortable, and relaxed.

Specific Responsibilities

1. Prepare tables, lay out napkins and utensils, refill condiments, and handle other setup tasks.
2. Stay updated on menu items, specials, and kitchen availability.
3. Manage table bookings, direct guests, present menus, suggest dishes, assist with drinks, and communicate customer needs to the kitchen.
4. Deliver food and drinks, fulfill customer requests, offer desserts, clear tables, and replenish utensils and beverages.
5. Prepare mixed drinks and serve wine properly at tableside.
6. Handle payments, issue receipts, and give change.
7. Perform basic cleaning tasks as directed.
8. Assist with special events when needed.
9. Greet guests warmly and maintain professional appearance.
10. Understand and communicate menu products and services.
11. Have basic knowledge of cooking skills.
