Job summary

The Hilton Garden Inn – Chicago O’Hare Airport is seeking a Bus Person to support our restaurant and banquets. This part-time position offers starting pay of $15.00 to $16.00 per hour, with wage increases at 30, 60, and 90 days based on experience and performance.

You will help clear and reset tables, assist servers, maintain a clean dining environment, help with event setup and breakdown, and provide friendly, professional service to guests.

What You’ll Do

• Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly and efficiently to ensure a clean dining environment.

• Help with the setup and breakdown of dining areas for events, ensuring everything is in place for the next service.
• Provide friendly and professional service, assisting guests with any needs or requests.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting and carrying trays, moving furniture, and standing for long periods.
• Excellent teamwork skills and the willingness to assist in various roles.
• Previous experience in hospitality or food service is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right candidate!
