Schulte Hospitality Group seeks a dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead front-of-house operations at Hotel Boulderado in Boulder. You will train, supervise, and coach staff, ensuring high standards in guest service and safety while managing payroll and coordinating with the MOD program as needed.

The role requires leadership, hospitality expertise, and a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays; a strong focus on employee development and a positive work environment is emphasized.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; further education preferred.
• Minimum two years of food & beverage supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage front-of-house operations for the restaurant/hotel.
• Provide training, direction, supervision and hands-on support.
• Direct associates and supervisors to achieve F&B goals.
• Ensure safe, quality food/beverage preparation and guest satisfaction.
• Hire and train service staff; maintain positive team environment.
• Process bi-weekly payroll and participate in MOD program.
