Schulte Hospitality Group seeks a Front Office Manager in Boulder, CO to lead daily front desk operations at Hotel Boulderado. This role requires strong leadership, service orientation, and a focus on guest satisfaction, staffing, and collaboration with housekeeping and other departments.

The ideal candidate will have at least three years in a similar leadership role, plus a high school diploma and preferred post-secondary education. Weekend, night, and holiday shifts are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years in a similar leadership role.
• Minimum of High School education; post-high school education preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• In-depth knowledge of hotel Front Desk operations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily status of rooms, rates, discount rates and packages.
• Maintain current list of available rooms for walk situations.
• Coordinate blocking of rooms.
• Act as the Service Champion for the Front Office and create a positive atmosphere for guest relations.
• Review staffing levels to meet guest service and budget objectives.
• Hire, coach and discipline direct reports.
• Interact positively with guests to resolve issues.
• Work nights, weekends and holidays as necessary.
• Perform various other duties to meet business objectives.
