Job summary

O’Reilly Hospitality Management, LLC, operating the Jackdaw Restaurant at the Doubletree Aurora, CO, is hiring a Hotel Restaurant Manager. You will lead and develop the restaurant team, manage daily dining operations, and ensure world-class guest service in a fast-paced hotel setting.

You will handle staffing, budgeting, and cost controls while coordinating with hotel departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of restaurant, food and beverage, or hospitality experience with supervisory or management experience preferred.
• On-site position requiring regular presence at the hotel to oversee daily restaurant operations.
• Bilingual / Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Leads, trains, coaches, and develops restaurant team members including recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluations, recognition, engagement, and progressive discipline.
• Oversees daily operations of the restaurant and related dining and breakfast service areas to ensure high-quality service.
• Establishes and maintains service standards to promote exceptional guest experiences.
• Greets guests warmly and responds to questions and requests; resolves guest concerns promptly.
• Plans staffing and service levels based on occupancy, reservations, events, and guest volume to maximize efficiency.
• Collaborates with other hotel departments to coordinate guest needs and events.
• Monitors labor, budgeting, forecasting, revenue management, and cost controls to support profitability.
• Ensures compliance with OHM, brand, health department, and safety standards.
