Salisbury Moore, LLC is seeking an Estimating & Preconstruction Specialist to work with project managers, subcontractors, vendors, and clients on hotel renovation bids. You will build bids from the ground up, collect RFPs, capture scope, and solicit quotes to drive successful projects.

The role emphasizes plan reading, meticulous takeoffs, and proactive communication to align bid strategy with project goals and timelines.

Competenze

High school diploma or higher; related training preferred.
Experience with estimating or preconstruction processes is advantageous.
Strong math and geometry basics for quantity takeoffs.
Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Team-based collaboration across multiple stakeholders.

Mansioni

Create bid packages in Procore with project details and bid instructions.
Lead pre-bid coordination meetings and set milestones in Outlook/Calendar.
Import drawings to PlanSwift and prepare takeoffs and quantities.
Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and clients to gather quotes.
Capture project scope on Bid Forms with key references and specs.
Prepare and manage bid revisions and document control in OneDrive/SharePoint/Procore.
