Job summary

Sonesta Hotels International Corporation is seeking a Part Time Laundry- Houseman in Massachusetts to support housekeeping and hotel operations. You will help maintain public spaces, assist teams, and ensure guest-ready areas throughout shifts.

This role suits someone active with a passion for hospitality, able to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Pay ranges in this position are competitive and reflect experience and responsibilities in a fast-paced hotel setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping, hospitality, hotel operations, janitorial work preferred.
• Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and readiness.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards for hotel public spaces.
• Deliver linens, towels, amenities, and supplies to various areas of the property.
• Assist Room Attendants and housekeeping leadership with readiness and requests.
• Remove trash and soiled items from guest floors and service areas.
• Keep housekeeping closets and carts organized and stocked.
• Respond to guest requests and operational needs promptly.
• Report maintenance concerns and safety hazards to leadership.
• Follow sanitation procedures and hotel safety policies at all times.
• Support VIP arrivals, group events, and special projects as needed.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, Front Office, Engineering, Laundry, and Operations teams.
