Job summary

Sonesta International Hotels is seeking a House Attendant to support the Housekeeping Management Team on assigned floors, delivering linens, transporting to the laundry area, and assisting with public areas and laundry tasks. Qualifications include some housekeeping experience and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds.

Qualifications

• Some housekeeping experience preferred.
• English reading/writing skills preferred.
• Basic reading, writing and math abilities preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, and move about the facility.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on guest service standards with housekeeping team.
• Assist Room Attendants with linens and supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness of closets, corridors and public areas.
• Respond to guest requests and report repairs or unsafe conditions.
• Operate laundry tasks and supervise linen flow when needed.
• Support deep cleaning projects and teamwork across shifts.
