Fastbreak AI is hiring a Hotel Procurement Specialist to source and secure hotel blocks for event partners and manage partner communications. The role focuses on contracts, performance tracking and cross‑team coordination to ensure events are fully contracted and serviced.

Based at our Charlotte, NC headquarters, you will work in a hybrid setup, four days onsite with one flex day for remote work, leveraging the platform to optimize room blocks and partnerships across sports events.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or hospitality program preferred.
• Experience in hotel operations and contracts is a plus.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Source, negotiate and secure hotel blocks for events.
• Serve as point of contact with hotel partners and maintain contracts.
• Monitor room block performance and report risks to leadership.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet partner requirements.
• Onboard partners to the platform and relay feedback to product.
• Maintain CRM records and assist with block allocations.
