Qualifications

• Maintenance experience in hotel or similar facility.
• Knowledge of safety standards and emergency procedures.
• Ability to perform routine repairs and preventative maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain guest room and hotel equipment through preventive maintenance checks.
• Assist Chief Engineer with building and grounds maintenance.
• Ensure a safe environment for guests and staff by meeting safety standards.
• Provide professional courteous service and accommodate guest requests.
• Be a team player and assist in other departments when help is needed.
• Must be knowledgeable of all emergency procedures and aware of Job Safety Analysis guides.
