Job summary

Concord Hospitality Enterprises is hiring a Maintenance Technician at the Columbus Easton area property. The role focuses on routine repairs, preventative maintenance, and keeping guest rooms and public spaces in good condition.

You will work on our engineering team alongside the Chief Engineer, ensuring safety and quality service for guests while supporting other departments as needed. Training and advancement opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Experience in building and equipment maintenance is desirable.
• Knowledge of safety standards and emergency procedures is required.
• Willingness to assist across departments as needed.

Responsibilities

• Keep all equipment, guest rooms and public spaces in good working order with routine repairs.
• Perform preventative maintenance checks on hotel systems and spaces.
• Assist Chief Engineer on building and grounds maintenance.
• Provide safe environment by adhering to safety standards and procedures.
• Deliver professional service and assist guests with requests as needed.
