Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant culinary experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a hotel environment.

• Must be able to work independently and exercise good judgment.
• Flexible schedule; able to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepares or directs preparation of food using established procedures and systems.
• Maintains sanitation, personal hygiene, and health standards.
• Stores food properly with dating and labeling.
• Reports equipment issues to supervisor.
• Prepares all food following standard recipes and dietary orders.
• Plans production to align with meal serving hours while preserving quality, temperature and appearance.
• Apportions food for serving.
• Keeps daily production records.
• Maintains a clean and organized work area; cleans and maintains equipment.
