Job summary

Priceline is seeking an Associate Market/Account Manager for hotels to expand our network and optimize inventory across Priceline and Agoda storefronts.

You will analyze market trends, negotiate with hotel partners, and train suppliers on Priceline systems while collaborating with internal teams to drive revenue and improve content competitiveness. This is a hybrid role with two days in-office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 1–3 years’ sales experience; travel industry experience preferred.
• Proven track record of acquiring and growing long-term customer relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence partners and internal collaborators.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to think creatively during rate discussions.
• Adaptable to change in a fast-paced environment and data-driven.
• Willingness to travel for partner visits.

Responsibilities

• Build strong hotel supplier relationships and communicate Priceline/Agoda value to grow bookings, rooms and revenue.
• Prioritize, plan and execute to meet/exceed targets and goals.
• Analyze data to identify growth opportunities and evaluate market trends and partner performance.
• Provide strategic recommendations to optimize hotel performance using a consultative approach.
• Identify, negotiate, contract and onboard hotels with favorable terms.
• Research and troubleshoot rate and availability issues affecting bookings.
• Educate partners on Priceline/Agoda systems and reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive market strategy and initiatives.
• Prepare presentations for external and internal meetings and represent Priceline/Agoda in markets.
