Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Issue tickets and process payments accurately and securely.
• Complete shift logs and document parking activity and revenue.
• Label keys and maintain organized vehicle records.
• Inspect lot for safety and security; enforce parking policies.
• Keep area clean and perform light maintenance as needed.
• Deliver friendly customer service and assist guests with questions.
• Coordinate with team using radios; support a positive work environment.
• Arrive on time and project a professional appearance.
• Take on additional duties to support operations and training.
