Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality is seeking an Operations Manager OEM for Hyatt Place UC Davis in Davis, CA. This full-time role oversees daily hotel operations across departments and reports to the General Manager.

Responsibilities include supervising front of house and back of house teams, ensuring guest satisfaction, contributing to profitability, and training staff. Minimum supervisory experience and Windows proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee guest and employee encounters with a service-oriented approach.
• Maintain attendance in line with hotel standards and schedules.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and SOPs across departments.
• Assist in training and development of associates in all operational areas.
• Support General Manager in financial reporting and occupancy planning.
• Participate in MOD coverage and weekly front desk meetings.
