Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in a hotel/front desk role.
• One or more years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Must have a valid Colorado gaming license and be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and develops staff in hiring, training, scheduling, rewarding and disciplining staff.
• Develops staff to meet performance expectations and maintains positive morale; supervises hotel operations.
• Trains staff in use of computerized reservation system.
• Ensures the quality of hotel services and guest comfort.
• Maintains strong guest relations and provides information on hotel and casino offerings.
• Develops department schedules and approves timecards.
• Attends casino departmental meetings and communicates policies.
• Ensures staff compliance with gaming laws and internal policies.
• Keeps management informed of concerns.
