Chamonix Casino & Hotel is seeking a friendly server to join our food and beverage team in Cripple Creek, CO. You will take orders, serve food and drinks, and ensure guests have a positive dining experience.

Applicants should have at least one year of related hospitality experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Full-time role with tips and benefits included, located on site at our Cripple Creek property.

Qualifications

• Hands-on hospitality, hosting, or serving experience.
• Experience working under deadlines or in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to problem-solve, organize and prioritize work.

Responsibilities

• Takes customer orders accurately and serves food and beverages promptly.
• Regularly checks up on customers to ensure satisfaction; offers refills and retrieves condiments.
• Delivers excellent customer service; makes guests feel welcome and wanting to return.
• Answers questions regarding menu options or general information about Don Juan's.
• Maintains a clean work environment; performs general cleaning duties, including clearing and sanitizing tables.
• Maintains regular and reliable attendance; punctual and present during scheduled hours.
• Fosters good working relationships with guests and employees.
• Wears and maintains uniforms; may wear a gaming license.
• Follows security protocols to ensure a safe restaurant environment.
• Keeps supervisor informed of any concerns.
