Job summary

Ramada Golden is hiring an assistant manager – accommodation services to oversee daily operations at our Golden, BC location. You will develop and implement policies, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality guest service.

The ideal candidate has secondary school graduation and 1–2 years of experience, works on-site, and is comfortable handling budgets, schedules, and safety regulations. This is a permanent, full-time position with 30–35 hours per week at $39.25 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations.
• Supervise staff and conduct performance reviews.
• Negotiate with suppliers for materials and supplies.
• Negotiate with clients for use of facilities.
• Perform front desk duties and provide customer service.
• Establish work schedules and organize daily operations.
• Monitor staff performance and manage budgets.
• Adjust menus and costs according to budget and profits.
