Job summary

• Oversee property operations including guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, and F&B to meet profitability goals.
• Lead development and execution of property-wide strategies and brand initiatives to meet guest expectations.
• Manage revenue generation, labor, and cost controls; monitor QA audits and property standards.
• Direct HR activities, coaching, training, and performance reviews for property staff.
