Aimbridge Hospitality is seeking a Director of Operations for Courtyard Atlanta Downtown. You will partner with the General Manager to lead revenue, marketing, and guest experience, while managing budgets, HR initiatives, and asset protection.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or hotel hospitality experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Mathematical and accounting knowledge incl. budgeting and variance analysis.
• Relevant certifications as required by franchise.
• Adaptable to fast-paced environment and on-call availability.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all hotel revenue streams and develop pricing strategies to maximize profitability.
• Drive sales through relationship-building and proactive account management; ensure guest satisfaction.
• Prepare budgets, monitor financial performance, and produce reports; lead HR initiatives.
• Protect hotel assets through maintenance programs and compliance with laws and policies.
• Set roles and goals; host regular meetings and maintain open communication for team performance.
• Maintain professional image and flexibility to take on additional duties.
