Qualifications

• 2+ years supervising eight associates at a branded hotel.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• At least three years hotel industry experience preferred.
• Experience in accounting preferred.
• Must display professionalism, honesty and trustworthiness.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality required.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate day-to-day operations of Front Office, Housekeeping and Maintenance.
• Manage personnel, budgets and financial controls per brand standards.
• Ensure adherence to mission, values and culture.
• Maintain quality service and maximize room revenues.
• Prepare schedules, payroll and inventories; maintain safety procedures.
