Job summary

Midas Hospitality invites a hands-on Assistant General Manager to partner with the General Manager in Omaha to drive guest experiences and financial performance. You will lead multiple hotel departments, recruit and develop teams, and ensure brand standards are consistently met.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in hotel operations.
• Strong knowledge of guest service standards and brand compliance.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting.
• Experience with PMS and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Engineering, Sales and other departments.
• Lead daily hotel operations and act as Manager on Duty as assigned.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and develop associates while fostering a positive culture.
• Support performance management and associate recognition initiatives.
• Ensure exceptional guest service and effective service recovery.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and implement improvement plans.
• Assist with budgets, forecasting, labor management, and cost controls.
• Analyze reports to identify opportunities for operational improvement.
• Support revenue management strategies and rate integrity.
• Collaborate with department leaders to ensure clear communication and smooth operations.
