You will oversee Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Engineering, Sales, and other departments, recruit and develop talent, set clear expectations, and partner with Sales and Revenue Management to maximize occupancy and ADR while

Qualifications

• Must have prior hotel leadership experience at General Manager/Assistant GM level.
• Strong understanding of hotel operations, financials, and performance metrics.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasts, labor, and cost controls.

Responsibilities
