You will lead and coach teams, ensure service excellence, and align with brand standards to drive guest satisfaction and revenue.

The role emphasizes strong people leadership, daily operations oversight, and collaboration with sales to optimize occupancy and guest experience in a dynamic hotel

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Intermediate knowledge of overall hotel operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise hotel departments to ensure top service and hospitality.
• Assist GM with forecasts, budgets, and cost control.
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable, cash handling, and tax processes.
• Monitor guest satisfaction scores and brand standards.
• Resolve guest issues and prevent service gaps.
• Coordinate with sales to implement occupancy strategies.
• Oversee front office systems and safety procedures.
• Support management with daily operations and staffing.
