• Proven track record of driving operational efficiency and profitability.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing operations within major hotel brands (e.g., Choice, IHG, Marriott).
• Experience with budgeting, financial management, or project management.

Responsibilities

• Operational Oversight & Manager on Duty: front desk shifts and brand standards.
• Team Leadership & Development: direct two or more employees; payroll approval; training and appraisals.
• Financial & Sales Support: monitor cash, budgetary controls, manage revenue; conduct sales activities.
• Quality & Guest Experience: monitor guest issues, ensure clean rooms and satisfaction.
• Property & Asset Protection: safeguard company assets and guest information; cover back-up duties as needed.
