Marriott Vacations Worldwide in the U.S. Virgin Islands is seeking an experienced hotel operations leader responsible for profitability, revenue performance, and guest experience across Rooms and Food & Beverage. The role collaborates with property leadership to execute brand strategy and optimize guest satisfaction.

You will coach departments, review guest feedback, ensure adherence to standards, and drive continuous improvement to deliver exceptional service and financial results.

Qualifications

• Two education-and-experience paths are acceptable as shown above.
• Experience includes guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, or management operations.

Responsabilités

• Managing Profitability: identify drivers of guest satisfaction and align with brand strategy.
• Managing Revenue Goals: monitor sales performance against budget and coach teams on occupancy and rate.
• Leading Operations and Department Teams: communicate goals and ensure alignment across leadership.

Formation

2-year degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 4 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, management operations, or related professional area
