Island View Casino Resort in Gulfport, MS seeks a Hotel Operations Analyst to support the Director of Hotel Operations through analysis, reporting, and project coordination.

You will evaluate financial, operational, and guest-experience data; aid yield and revenue optimization; identify trends and risks; and deliver actionable recommendations to inform decision-making.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Three years of relevant experience in hotel operations, revenue management, business analysis, data analysis, project support, or a related field required.
• An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Experience in a large hotel, casino resort, or similarly complex hospitality operation is preferred.
• Must be able to obtain a MS Gaming Permit.
