Job summary

Dimension Hospitality is seeking a hands-on Chief Engineer to lead all engineering, maintenance and building systems for a brand-new hotel opening in Surprise, AZ. You will manage pre-opening activities, coordinate with contractors and vendors, and establish preventive maintenance programs to ensure a smooth transition to daily operations.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years leading hotel engineering teams.
Pre-opening hotel experience strongly preferred.
Proven experience with construction punch lists and closeout.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems.
Ability to manage contractors, vendors, and multiple projects.

Responsibilities

Lead engineering and maintenance teams across hotel operations.
Oversee pre-opening construction, punch lists, and commissioning.
Develop preventive maintenance programs and operating procedures.
