The Moxy Omaha Downtown, managed by NCG Hospitality, is seeking a Hotel Night Auditor to perform nightly balancing, front desk duties and guest service.

This overnight role offers a $500 sign-on bonus, starting wage $19–$23 per hour, and opportunities for career growth within a celebrated Top Workplace.

Qualifications

• Hotel night audit experience and/or strong customer service background preferred.
• Familiarity with balancing, daily paperwork, and shift reports.
• Ability to greet guests warmly and handle payments and check-ins.

Responsibilities

• Perform nightly balancing of cash, posted transactions, and reports.
• Greet guests, answer questions, and resolve issues promptly.
• Handle reservations, check-ins/outs, and process payments.
• Maintain safety procedures and accurate records.
• Complete front desk duties such as phones and office tasks.

Flexible availability required Monday to Friday, Weekends, and Holidays Open to Overnight shifts from 11 pm to 7 am

HOTEL NIGHT AUDITOR EXPERIENCE AND/OR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS PREFERRED

All shifts are overnight shifts. Our friendly and attentive Hotel Night Auditor is committed to going the extra mile to deliver high-quality service to our guests while performing nightly balancing duties, daily paperwork and shift reports related to the property's business transactions.

How do I make an impact on my team?

• Daily audit, balance, post and report on front desk, rooms, and food and beverage cash and credit operations ensuring accuracy of the property's financial and accounting records
• Greet and interact with guests in a warm, friendly and professional manner
• Provide highest level of service by anticipating, listening attentively, and responding promptly to guests’ needs
• Promptly handle guest service requests and guest complaints to meet and exceed guest expectations
• Make reservations, check-in and check-out guests, process payments
• Perform tasks such as answering phones, maintain a cash drawer, operate office equipment
• Ensure guest and property safety by knowing all safety, security and emergency procedures
