This position involves Night Auditor and Guest Services Representative responsibilities, including greeting, registering, and orienting guests, as well as conducting the nightly audit process.

Job Functions

1. Greeting guests upon arrival.
2. Registering guests and confirming room rates.
3. Providing information about the hotel and local area.
4. Answering phone and wake-up calls.
5. Handling guest questions and concerns.
6. Auditing guest room charges.
7. Balancing nightly credit card transactions.
8. Receiving payments on accounts.
9. Balancing all daily postings and activities.
10. Preparing daily managers' reports.
11. Performing other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications

1. Must be at least 21 years old.
2. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
3. High school diploma or equivalent.
4. Dependability; frequent absences are not suitable for this role.
5. Preferred: 1+ year hotel experience.
6. Required: 1+ year customer service experience.

Additional Qualifications

Working Conditions

1. Ability to stand for long periods, good hearing, and clear communication.
