Job summary

NCG Hospitality is seeking a reliable Night Auditor for the Tru Glendale Campus hotel in Glendale, AZ. This overnight role supports front desk operations, balancing nightly transactions, and ensuring accurate daily reports while delivering warm, guest-focused service.

Starting at $18/hour with potential higher wages for experienced candidates, the position requires overnight availability (10pm–6am) five days a week and a preference for prior hotel or night audit experience.

Responsibilities

All shifts are overnight shifts. Our friendly and attentive Night Auditor is committed to going the extra mile to deliver high-quality service to our guests while performing nightly balancing duties, daily paperwork and shift reports related to the property's business transactions.

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Daily audit, balance, post and report on front desk, rooms, and food and beverage cash and credit operations ensuring accuracy of the property's financial and accounting records
• Greet and interact with guests in a warm, friendly and professional manner
• Provide highest level of service by anticipating, listening attentively, and responding promptly to guests’ needs
• Promptly handle guest service requests and guest complaints to meet and exceed guest expectations
• Make reservations, check-in and check-out guests, process payments
• Perform tasks such as answering phones, maintain a cash drawer, operate office equipment Ensure guest and property safety by knowing all safety, security and emergency procedures

To Be Successful In This Role, You'll Bring

• Ability to work overnight from 11:00p.m. until 7:00 a.m.
• Understanding of general accounting practices and ability to compile facts and figures
• Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Motivated to maintain excellent customer service reputation
• Strong attention to detail, organization and follow-up abilities
• Ability to be patient and creatively problem solve
