Hyatt Centric Old Town Alexandria is seeking a reliable Night Auditor to join our team. The role focuses on auditing and balancing nightly cash and credit transactions in a quiet, overnight setting, ensuring accuracy and smooth operations.

We offer an $18.00 per hour wage, full-time benefits, and growth paths through our Management Development Program, with opportunities for advancement within a prospering hotel group.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of night auditing in a brand or luxury hotel preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education a plus.
• Proficient with hotel software and MS Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Audit, balance, post, and report on front desk and F&B cash and credit operations.
• Reset registers to ensure accurate nightly operations and timeliness.

Responsibilities

In this role you will audit, balance, post, and report on the front desk, rooms, and all food and beverage outlets’ cash and credit operations and reset all registers to ensure accurate, timely function and optimal operations management.

Requirements

• Prior 1-2+ years' night auditing in a brand or luxury hotel environment is ideal
• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or related field is a plus
• Be a member of our ROCKSTAR night TEAM
• Must be 18+ years of age
• Strong knowledge of software applications is beneficial, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and hotel-specific platforms (OnQ, Opera, Fosse, Lightspeed, HotSOS, GXP, BOB, Kipsu, Slack)
• Strong communication and listening skills and excellent speaking, reading, and writing ability
• Fluency in English: additional languages preferred. Spanish language skills are highly desired
• Handle cash, coins, and currency at night
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills
• Must be able to valet guest cars when needed
