This position ensures the posting of room fees, related taxes and other paid services billed to guest accounts. Additional responsibilities would include resolving account discrepancies and preparing detailed financial reports on a nightly basis. This individual will also serve as the Manager on Duty and will supervise overnight desk agents

The Night Audit Supervisor is responsible for maintaining guest standards overnight, reviewing the property’s balances from the previous day and supervising guests and associates during the overnight hours.

Where You’ve Been:
We’re looking for someone with 2-3 years of related experience, the ability to supervise and work evening/overnight shifts and has strong computer skills. But most importantly you must be a people-person! You will need to always interact with all hotel guests and team members in a polite and positive way, fulfilling requests (even challenging ones) in a timely manner. If you don't work well under pressure, this won’t be a great fit.
