Job summary

The Alloy a DoubleTree by Hilton in King of Prussia, PA is seeking a Senior Meetings & Events Manager to lead the planning and execution of premier events. You will manage all details from pre- to post-event, coordinating with the Sales Department to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.

Responsibilities include team leadership, on-site supervision, and collaboration with internal partners to forecast room blocks, F&B revenue, and event orders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Event Management.
• Minimum of 4–5 years of experience in a full-service hotel environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, event management systems (Delphi or similar platforms) and event design programs (Cvent Event Diagramming, etc.).
• Knowledge of hospitality market trends and competitive positioning.
• Professional demeanor with a commitment to exceptional customer service.
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible to meet business demands.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of events to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Coordinate pre-event to post-event activities with sales and operations.
• Forecast group rooms and F&B revenue with internal partners.
• Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams.
• Attend client site visits and tastings as needed.
• Use Delphi, CI/TY, PMS for operations.
