Job summary

The Alloy, a DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel in King of Prussia, is hiring a full-time Banquet Houseperson to join our banquet team. You will set up and break down event spaces, ensure guest needs are met, and maintain clean public areas throughout events.

We offer competitive pay and comprehensive benefits. This role requires mobility and the ability to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally, with hours that may vary to coincide with hotel events.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally and up to 50 pounds frequently.
• Must have eye for detail, be a team player, and be flexible on hours as this role can coincide with hotel events.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down event space, ensuring setup according to Banquet Event Order
• Assure guest needs are attended to
• Attend to all public spaces throughout the event for consistent clean presentation
• Ensure supplies are available according to the Banquet Event Order and equipment is set up and functioning properly
• Keep track of event supplies, equipment and carefully store furnishings when not in use, promptly reporting repair and maintenance needs.
