The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, visible management, and collaboration with the Area General Manager to ensure service excellence across Front Office, Housekeeping, Accounting, Food & Beverage, and Engineering.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hotel management experience
• Strong leadership and team development abilities
• Hands-on approach to hotel operations
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Passion for guest service and hospitality excellence
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of hotel operations across multiple departments
